This past holiday season was made brighter for hundreds of families, children and seniors as a result of Cap City’s Adopt-a-Family program.

“This is an extraordinary effort,” offered Susan Stevenson, Cap City Executive Director. “Were it not for the generosity of the many organizations and individuals who contribute so generously, many of our families would have a very sparse holiday.”

Generous contributors to the effort included the employees of the Rhode Island Superior Court and United Natural Foods, Inc., parishioners of St. Pius Church, friends from Brown University, Providence College, The RI Department of Health, neighbors from Barrington and other individual contributors.
