Richard Espuet has had a long history of involvement at Capital City Community Centers. He is a past Board member and Advisory Board member. As the owner of Frey Florist for the 40 past years, Richard has had thousands of opportunities to connect and relate to his neighbors on Smith Hill at both times of sorrow and joy. Over the years he has offered a helping hand to many community projects. He is a Navy veteran and a graduate of Johnson & Wales University where he earned his BS in Business Administration Degree.
